Who is eligible for Wholesale pricing?
Wholesale is available to storefront businesses, that meet minimum purchasing quantities. We also offer discounted pricing on large quantities of promotional items.
What’s the minimum order amount?
Shop owners must meet a first purchase minimum of $1000 and an annual minimum of $1800, to receive a Wholesale Discount of 50%. Initial purchases will receive free shipping. After your first purchase there in no minimum on reorders, so you can restock what is selling without delay.
How do I place a wholesale order?
First send a message to get your wholesalers code. You willl need this passcode to access our Wholesale page. Then simply place your order and at check out choose to pay cash. A quote with your discount and shipping costs will be sent via email for your approval. We can then process your wholesale order and get you started!
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship domestically and internationally using Canada or US post
Do you offer repair services?
Yes we do repairs. If you have a repair, please clean and photograph carefully. Send images and a description of the piece, with your contact information to Brookhoskins@gmail.com. Our shop repair rate is $60 hourly, with a minimum of 1 hour. Learn more here.
Is Custom work available?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom work. Three types of custom work are available.

1. We can take many of our existing products and sandblast your logo or custom message for use as promotional items or to build your brand.
2. We can prototype your original glass ideas, to create a manufacturing plan, sample and exclusivity arrangement, putting you in control of the products you sell.
3. We can take your ideas and bring them to life, as a one-of-a-kind glass art piece.

What about memorial glass to commemorate a loved one?
Can you do live demonstrations at my store/ event?
We love coming to shops and showcasing live glassblowing, but here's the thing... it is costly for us to come set up a portable studio and to spend the day (or more with travel) away from filling orders. We are currently charging for on-site demonstrations with exceptions for up-to-date wholesale clients only. Learn more here.
Where are your products manufactured?
Wildfire Productions is a family based business with studios in British Columbia and the US. None of the products we sell are made over seas. Having two studios insures very little down time, even while traveling.
